Nothing in this image is immediately apparent. To assess the circumstances and whether we are actually seeing weird things, we need a keener eye. To put it simply, the shorter girl in the white top is attempting to piggyback off the taller female in the black top. Although raising one's feet does not make one taller, she was successful in lifting the passenger's feet.
