2. Everyday vs. sports bras

In a survey, 200 women were asked how often they cleaned their bras. Given that they don't wear the same bra every day, about one-third of the women stated they do it every two weeks, while the remaining women do it even less frequently. If you own multiple sets of pants, you can wash them less frequently and change them every day. It assists them in maintaining a nice appearance and in maintaining their form rather than stretching. Nevertheless, there are no choices like that for sports bras; they must be washed after each use.
3. Towels vs. bath mats
Change the towels after three to four uses. You can use two towels so that each has an opportunity to dry thoroughly in between washes, allowing you to cut down on the frequency of washes to once every two weeks. Ignoring this rule could result in your towels smelling musty and the white fabric turning grey.More often than most of us realise, bath mats become soiled. A moist piece of fabric in a warm, dark room is the perfect place for mould and germs to thrive. It is recommended to wash the toilet mat once a week to remove any evidence of human activity.
